Delivery

All pieces are handmade to order with a lead time of 8-12 weeks.

UK orders are posted Royal Mail Special Delivery unless an alternative shipping method has been agreed.

Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns but an item may be exchanged on the condition no wear or damage has occurred.

Bespoke jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Resizing is possible on most items. However, this will be an additional cost unless the studio is at fault.
